We utilize high-quality shade cloth supported by an 8-year manufacturer’s warranty. With proper maintenance, this shade cloth can last between 7 and 10 years. Our structures come with a 3-year warranty, covering workmanship, cable, and stitching, provided that both the structures and netting are maintained annually by FacilitiesCo. All materials are crafted from UV-stabilized cotton. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. To our knowledge, municipal approval for shade netting structures is not required. 2. Delivery Timeframe: 14 to 21 days from the date of purchase order and appointment. 3. FacilitiesCo will strive to initiate installation as promptly as possible, dependent on workload, stock availability, and weather conditions. 4. Errors and omissions are excluded. 5. Goods remain the property of FacilitiesCo until full payment is received. Interest will accrue after 30 days. 6. Clients are responsible for selecting the color of the shade net, structure color, and height of the structures. 7. Our quotes are based on standard ground conditions. Additional charges may apply for concrete reinforcing or other unforeseen obstacles. Jackhammer use will incur a fee of R2500 per day. 8. FacilitiesCo cannot be held responsible for measurements provided by clients for nets or structures. 9. FacilitiesCo is not liable for poor workmanship on buildings where plastering does not meet standards. We will install according to our standard procedures, but any necessary reinforcing will be charged to the client. 10. The selection of netting and structure color must be finalized at least 14 days before installation. Extra charges may apply for color changes made after this deadline. 11. Clients must inform FacilitiesCo of any underground cables and water pipes. FacilitiesCo will not be liable for damages to such utilities if prior notification is not provided. 12. It is the client's responsibility to manage insurance claims and payments; FacilitiesCo is not accountable for these matters. 13. Clients must ensure that all vehicles are removed from the installation site on scheduled installation days. Additional fees will apply if our team cannot complete their work due to obstructions, such as vehicles or other contractors, resulting in a call-out fee of R5000 per day. 14. Only FacilitiesCo is authorized to perform maintenance on our structures to maintain warranty coverage. Regular maintenance is required; inquire about our maintenance contracts. 15. FacilitiesCo will repack paving where poles are planted to the best of our ability and will fill any voids around the poles with concrete for a tidy finish. 16. FacilitiesCo is not responsible for any underground trenches or cavities. Additional charges may apply for pole reinforcement not discussed during the quotation phase. 17. Acts of God (e.g., hail) are not covered by warranty. 18. Accidental damage is not covered. 19. Final payment is due on the DAY OF FACILITIESCO's practical completion, defined as when the scope of work is fully completed. 20. Cancellations will incur a 45% administration and handling fee. 21. Delays on-site will be billed at R600 per hour, with full-day delays costing R5000. 22. Variations and revisions outside the original quotation are not covered.
A deposit of 65% is required, with the remaining balance due upon our practical completion.
